So, we got word that Septimus Heap will now be made into a series of movies. How exciting! So now, not only would Hermione be reading the books...she'll be watching them on the big screen too.

No, Dakota Fanning will definitely NOT play Jenna. In the book, Jenna has dark hair, and Dakota Fanning has blonde hair. There is NO way that she could play Jenna, unless she dyes her hair or puts on a wig. I wonder how they're going to find enough people with curly blonde hair to play the Heap brothers

Wowowowow i hav trouble imagining Helena Bonham Carter as marcia. i mean in hp she plays the role of an evil maniac. marcia is not a maniac or evil! shes my favourite caracter. i hope they pick someone good to play her. as for jenna i think they probably pick any actrice and die her hair if needed thats wat they did for emma watson. same for the heaps...

I am estatic about this movie!! Marcia's my favorite too. She's just so funny. Honestly though, I love almost all the characters. I hope they do a good job and follow the book well.

Ohh, I can't wait untill this comes out! I absolutely love this series...

You know, that one girl from the Disney Channel might make a nice Jenna... the one who played in Drake & Josh, and now has her own show.... Or maybe they could find some amazing break-through actress that fits the princess to a T!
When I was reading, I always pictured Marcia something like Minerva Mcgonagall from HP!

I hope they get the right people for all the character, I hate when they put in someone who ruins the character (and the movie) just because they are famous

I would hate it if Dakota Fanning or Abigail Breslin played Jenna. Besides it doesn't matter what they look like. but it does help if they have or dye their hair the right color.

I have read that this movie will be animated so it wont matter what they look like only what they sound like!I think its a shame it will be animated because I think some one could play each charecter perfectly.I have read all four books and they are great. hope you enjoy them
